Apply For Service & Special Events Lead Specialist 2017

Position Summary: The On Premise Service & Special Events Specialist reports to the On Premise Service & Special Event Manager.  The primary responsibilities of the role consist of, but not limited to, performing the cleaning and maintenance of retail accounts draft system lines from tavern to faucet per Better Brands Inc. standards, and delivering, setting up/breaking down, and maintaining special event wagons, tubs, draft boxes, etc.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Better Brands Inc. line cleaning procedures for all accounts
  • Follow route sequence scheduled by On Premise Service and Special Event Manager in a timely and efficient manner
  • Flush draft lines properly, breaking down and cleaning faucets, tavern heads, tap handles, etc.
  • Submit a completed work schedule daily
  • Report any draft system issues immediately to OP S & SE Manager
  • Be presentable at all times and wear BBI approved attire
  • Build and maintain good relations with retail account managers, owners, and staff
  • Ensure company vehicle is maintained and kept clean at all times
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all laws and parking considerations
  • Readily attend BBI special events including festivals, concerts, etc.
  • Attend weekly meetings with OP S & SE manager
  • Assist S & SE Lead Specialist with market surveys when needed
  • Apply all aspects of BBI company manuals
  • Attend and pass certifications required by BBI

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License; clean driving record and ability to be insured by BBI insurance policy
  • Pass a mandatory background and drug screening
  • Plumbing, HVAC, mechanical knowledge a plus; not necessary
  • Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 120 days


  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Work in extreme temperatures and conditions
  • Work safely and efficiently at all times
  • Ability to lift and move 175lbs with control.
