Position Title: Service Rep.
Position Summary: The route driver works under the direction of the Delivery Manager. The employee in this position must become knowledgeable in all areas of the routes. This employee is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, thorough rotation, and aggressive merchandising of all Anheuser Busch products in retail accounts.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Selling products into assigned accounts
Deliver and rotate all products at the account maintaining proper product rotation for freshness
Deliver and maintain all P.O.S. in the accounts
Aide Delivery Manager in sells and ride alongs
Selling-in incremental displays and products
Follow the company's vision and abide by the core values
Collects payment from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt
Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records
Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business
Informs regular customers of new products or services
Listens to and resolves service complaints
Merchandise products in the accounts including cooler doors, shelves, and inside beer caves
Sets up merchandise promotion displays or uses sales promotions materials to customers
Cleans inside of truck
Customer service- manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class "A" CDL license required
Clean 10 year driving record required.
